A festive evening in the picturesque village of Ditchling, East Sussex where you will print a selection of Christmas items to take home and use or gift to others. We shall be using Christmas and winter themed carved woodblocks to print Christmas cards, tea towel, canvas gift bag and other items.

Step into a festive world of pattern, texture and colour with Sussex printmaker Sarita Prints Joy. In this immersive evening, you’ll discover the ancient craft of block printing using Sarita’s exquisitely hand carved wooden stamps and vibrant fabric paints. Watch the technique come alive in her demo, then try it yourself as you print a set of Christmas cards and gift bag before moving on to your choice of either a tea towel, canvas bottle bag set or drawstring gift bags. Blockprinting is creative, calming and wonderfully addictive — a perfect shared experience for friends to enjoy and chance to relax in the run up to Christmas.
