Looking to do something special for Mother's Day? This fun creative workshop is suited to any Mum who needs a treat. Sarah of 'Sarita Prints Joy' will demonstrate and guide you through the process of handprinting your own cushion cover using her extensive collection of woodblocks and inks.

About the event
Join 'Sarita Prints Joy' for this special 2.5hr workshop where Sarah will lead you through the creative art of woodblock printing onto fabric. Whether you come solo for some time out on your own or with a friend or your daughter, you will create lasting memories while you each handprint your own design onto a square cream canvas cushion (50x50cm) to take home. Sarah has a selection of over 100 Indian handcarved woodblocks to choose from and a vibrant range of colours to print with and will assist you to create a really unique cushion to showcase back home!
Last years workshop was really popular with Mum's looking to connect with thier teenage daughters on Mother's Day. If coming with a child we suggest age 8plus to get the most from the activity.
